BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
Full payment is due 5 days before the event.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds are not available for cancellations within 5 days of the event.
PHOTOGRAPHER RESPONSIBILITIES
We will provide professional photography services on the agreed date and time.
We will deliver edited photos within 12 weeks after the event.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a detailed schedule and any special requests before the event.
Ensure all permissions are obtained for photography at the venue.
IMAGE RIGHTS
We retain the copyright to all images.
Clients receive a license to print and share images for personal use only.
We may use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for any circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
CHANGES OF TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
